Use the source that matches the Delaware County record:

- County public records: Open Records Officer, Room 205 at the same address, 610-891-9124, hand delivery 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Current county custody: George W. Hill Correctional Facility, 500 Cheyney Road, Thornton, PA 19373, 610-361-3200
- Pennsylvania repository records: Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository through PATCH or the appropriate PSP mail form
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case
For a filed criminal case, contact Judicial Support or the relevant Magisterial District Court. General JustFOIA requests do not replace a request to the court custodian.
